Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WePics (the “Service”), provided at wepics.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

WePics is an AI image generation tool that combines two user-supplied portrait photographs with pre-curated, human-reviewed style templates to produce composite wedding or couple-portrait images. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

3. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction).
  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity under it.
  • One person, one account. Multi-account abuse for free-quota gaming may result in suspension.

4. User Content & Photos You Upload

  • Use only your own photos, or photos of people who have given you informed, written consent to upload to an AI generation service.
  • Do not upload photos of minors (anyone under 18), public figures without consent, deceased persons, or any image you do not have the right to use.
  • You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant WePics a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process those photos solely to provide the Service to you (including transmitting to our AI generation provider) and to store them for the duration of your account.
  • You may delete your photos and all generated images at any time via Settings → Delete account & data.

5. Prohibited Content — NSFW & Adult Content

WePics is a couple/wedding portrait product and is not, under any circumstances, to be used to generate sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or otherwise NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited uses. The following are categorically forbidden:

  • Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive depictions of any kind.
  • Any content depicting minors in any sexual, suggestive, or compromised context (CSAM is reported to authorities).
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”, deepfake intimate imagery without consent).
  • Content sexualizing real, identifiable individuals without their explicit prior consent.
  • Violence, gore, self-harm, or content promoting harm.
  • Hate speech, harassment, terrorism, or content promoting illegal activity.
  • Impersonation of public figures or political deepfakes intended to deceive.

WePics uses a combination of pre-curated style templates (each prompt is human-reviewed before being made available), an automated prompt moderation layer (Creem Moderation API), and the underlying AI provider’s safety filters. We may add additional moderation at any time. Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unused credits, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.

6. Output & Intellectual Property

  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the images generated specifically for your account by WePics and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
  • Pre-curated style templates, sample images, prompts, and the Service itself remain the property of WePics and its licensors.
  • You will not redistribute, resell, or expose the underlying prompts, model API access, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Credits & Payments

  • The Service uses a one-time-purchase Credit Pack model (no recurring subscription on the web).
  • Each successful image generation consumes one credit. Credits do not expire.
  • Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io) as our merchant of record. By purchasing, you agree to Creem’s terms.
  • Refunds: we offer a 30-day refund window for unused credits. Used credits are non-refundable. Generation failures due to our error are credited back automatically.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, retain, and delete your personal data and uploaded photos. We do not sell user data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment fraud, abusive behavior, or any conduct that puts other users or our service at risk. You may terminate your own account at any time via Settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WePics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
